We have seen the "end zone" for over a year now, but it is like the Main Street Junior High Varsity Team playing against the New England Patriots. Varsity could have the ball on the 1 ft line, but there is no way they are crossing that goal line anytime soon.
We CAN speculate because we DO know that management is going through growing pains and yes, communication is not good. It's not about blame at this point, it's about "How do we fix this and get the ball over the goal line" because our current methods of trying to raise our hand quietly in the corner, hoping to one day be called upon with the right answer to the question is clearly not working.
We ALL know where the end zone is and where we are. Thing is, we (CYDY management) cannot seem to move the ball with the pros on the other side of it. Sure, sure..."our time will come", but at what cost to human lives in the meantime?
