Please do not misunderstand this follow up update! This is NOT a cut and paste job. This is my attempt to show how things can be VERY synergistic and connected to achieve multiple shareholders values and an improved PPS. And we are doing all these developments simultaneously as we are getting our filings up to date with the OTC Markets.
SHAREHOLDERS UPDATES:
RE: DAY TO DAY BUSINESS.
Now that we filed our latest response to OTCIQ and are waiting for OTC Markets approvals/upgrade to "Current Status", and/or possible new comments to address, we just wanted to give all of you a few updates on our business developments.
While most have been concentrating on our progress with updating files on the path to OTCPK upgrade, we did not stop working on developing software, working on corporate acquisitions as well as harvesting our MJ investments in Oklahoma.
#1. Otc Markets Upgraded us to a "YIELD" , "Limited Information", which means that we have everything posted, while some information is being updated and corrected.
#2. Motivated by our obvious success on getting 5 years of filings up to date, our acquisition prospects are very excited, and motivated by the possibilities and opportunities that we feel are ahead of us. They allowed us to post several updates, before we and their marketing team will post official PR's after we get our "Current Status". So the update is that their Marketing Team and Stock awareness program is being rolled out now. All that we are doing, is securing the "verbiage " to better explain how their software and business works and adds to PBHG overall plan and adds to the "Shareholders Values and enhancing PPS".
#3. Our own software, "Starfest Direct", our marketing and affiliate program Enterprise System is being developed and completed on its own merit and time frame.
#4. Our MJ development and acreage are growing and being developed as we speak.(pictures included here). Our management and investors here in Dallas are planning a trip to Oklahoma (Thursday next week) , for a visit and a "walk through". I will personally join them on this trip, since my filing work load permits me taking a day off, and I myself wanted to see the land and our plants.... (its kind of exiting, a bit like "Miami Vice" TV show , although we don't have to sing "smugglers Blues" because this harvest is fully legal)..
#5. This is also why at SUTI, we have acquired a company and a software that will help us "LEGALLY" process revenues directly derived from MJ harvest.
****SPECIAL NOTE: Although there are a lot of critics who can't wait to criticize our actions, they simply don't know that although MJ and the business is legal and we are in full compliance, its still a "category ONE "drug, so Banking and cash processing has to be done carefully and intelligently.
