"T cell migration into the central nervous system during health and diseases: Different molecular keys allow access to different central nervous system compartments" (doi: 10.1111 ⁄ j.1759-1961.2010.00009.x, May 2010)

"CCR5 is a suppressor for cortical plasticity and hippocampal learning and memory" (doi: 10.7554/eLife.20985)
I was looking to see if leronlimab can potentially modulate CCR5 to allow better learning and cognitive skills. Maybe even address TBI induced inflammation that messes with the brain badly.
Maybe this could even be the root cause of why long haulers have the horrible "brain fog" - due to the COVID related inflammation affecting the brain.
The above studies worked in mice. Or as NP said, "The rats got bigger and healthier the more leronlimab was given".
