Uplisting does matter because a lot of institutional fund managers are prohibited from investing in OTC stocks. Unless someone is being willfully naiive, there is no denying the clinical trial results, the peer-reviewed scientific papers, the anecdotal results, etc.
One factor to the downside is whether these fund manager believe the Company will be able to navigate 'BP infested waters'. Our world is not a survival of the best scientific idea. Its a world where vile and vicious criminal activities are undertaken all the time to beat competitors. Survive long enough and some good people with the means may step in to help. I believed that the cure to the economic shutdown/slowdown would be enough to get people in charge to look past their greed. I am proven sorely mistaken.
