For a marketing guy, he seems to just make one mistake after another and you're right, they can't afford to lose anymore credibility. They are at a juncture where everything they do needs to be professional and showing that they are a company to be noticed and a company that is doing everything they can to succeed. This is not the way to do it.
Just my opinion.
