Pokey's response sounds right. I would like to read a transcript as I was interrupted several times during the call.
If GNBT did the work on the initial China partner deal, why didn't they get paid?
One caller made a point about changing processes after learning from past bad actor behavior and Joe basically said we have great attorneys and yet if someone wants to screw you they will. He went on to say GNBT is in the right and they will win in the end regarding some of these bad actors. I don't know. What are they going to get from Veneto? Money? Property? Damage has been done. Shareholders have been tremendously harmed. Where do things stand with Atty Heim going after them?
