I’m going to go out on a limb here and speak out of turn... but the answer is “No.”. In what crazy world would BARDA take 90 days to review a possible solution for a pandemic that has killed almost 200k Americans, think it has enough potential to merit further study, ask for more information, then put it it at the end of queue?
If I had to guess, they will look at it when they can, and we won’t know they have until they have. And so we wait.
In the meantime, a few drops of ink on a couple of these other deals, and we might be less concerned.
