In fact anyone is willing to PM me the email addresses along w the data I referenced and allow my to copy and paste his reply I will send it out myself with additional comments from myself and a few of my colleagues and I will sign it with my official title and credentials. I unfortunately do not have the time currently to find the email addresses and amass the data myself right now due to my patient load. Thank you in advance to anyone willing to help me with this.
