You're right, but I think the OS was closer to 2 billion than it was to 10. Yes, I'm pretty sure we were at about 1.8 billion prior to the split and about 90 million post split.
Regardless, the cost of defending the company in court pushed the dilution way too high so they really had no choice. There simply wasn't enough revenue at the time. Now it's another story, and as you said, the share structure is sweet now. The valuation will climb quickly.
