Stating an opinion or making an educated guess on possible scenario's using logic is still legal to do the last time I checked. You may not like his analysis as he sees from the current state of affairs but it does not make him any less of an investor. Many have way more invested here than you would or could imagine. Your unjust categorization of him as a basher is so far from the truth and if you really knew him you would apologize. I know that's not going to happen but having and presenting justified different opinions is one of the rights we all have. This isn't IHub where it's severely lopsided the other way, let's keep this forum an open discussion of ones justified opinions.
