I thought the WSJ was above publishing a hit piece

I thought the WSJ was above publishing a hit piece on a small OTC stock based on 20% growth over a few days. Is there really no other newsworthy articles for investors??? I expect this from STAT or National Enquirer and even Seeking Alpha -

The stock went up due to 2 significant articles from Forbes and Fox plus Sundays speculation - WSJ, I just cancelled your subscription. Try to earn it back....
