Just found it.. this Michael Wursthorn is the same piker that co wrote the "With Biotech Stocks, Investors Love the Thrill of the Chase" garbage that painted CYDY investors in a terrible light. Obviously the basis for the whole claim, which I now see bloomberg reposting in TOS, is an unnamed senior administration official.
