The review of all the other information of the application is already done, right? So why start a new application and have BARDA do all the review work again.
What I am asking myself is, when they (BARDA) came out with this "info missing" response? Was that just recently? Then why has it taken them so long to find this out? Something like a initial check that everything that is expected is included in the app, should take days, but surely not months.
If it was already weeks ago, why has GNBT not told us about it earlier? And always just re-iterated the statement "we have not received a rejection letter".
But hey, maybe that is also the answer to the question asked here before. Has BARDA rejected GNBT's app? The answer would be NO, because GNBT has not received a rejection letter! Hmmmm!?
It then is only a request for additional information, and thus "A FORMALITY"!!!
