"Mandatory COVID-19 testing and proof of immunization" is likely to be challenged in court for its constitutionality by any number of groups.
If some type of "proof of imunization" does become a reality, what's the percentage of people who'll put their faith and trust regarding confidentiality of their health information in a company that's a 2 cent penny stock and hasn't filed a quarterly report with the SEC in a over a year? The people who sign their names to something without reading it probably will. But those that read the fine print first and do a little digging into the company behind QDX HealthID will most likely not. I don't know who QMC's competition is in this area but if I were them I'd get my public relations people ready to start putting out a bad press against QMC.
