Unfortunately in the 80' some physic as tried to do this in a way. I'm sure it won't be hard for anyone to understand this was a big deal bc doctors for the most part loath politics and unions and such. Primarily bc many of us are so idealistic we can't see beyond the books in front of our noses. But back to the 80's. Do you know what the governments response was to our foolhearted idealistic objections and attempts to band together? Congress and the senate made it federal law that it is illegal for physicians to strike bc it endangers patients and any physician group that attempts this will be subject to loss of their medical Liscense. This law along with many others (illegal to accept government funds to do studies on medical effects of firearm ownership ect.) basically castrates the providers of medical care in this country and have the regions of medical progress to the very FDA that is now so corrupt they are literally giving EUA's to treatments known not to work without ANY double blinded study to back up their decisions. Just a little bit of history to understand how we got to this terrible point in American medical history.
