But share count slight of hand or mismanagement by MMs is a wholly different scenario than cash and tradeable assets. This is ultimately about supply and demand. We’ve had no demand and a steady supply of dumpers.
We currently have a market cap of ~$33MM. If we get hard assets on the books that are in any sort of “100s of millions” range, that will be hard to ignore. So, even on the OTC and with our history, a $33MM company w $1B in cash and liquid securities on its balance sheet would draw interest and demand.
Fine print: The NGIO magic act has to be successful, or all this is moot... and we’ll be looking at dilution and pulling the trigger on some sub-optimal S-1 funding...
