Wow! Let me break it down for you. No matter how many cells are already infected, you need to keep the rest of your cells from becoming infected. One way to accomplish this is to use a preinfection inhibitor (like Brilacidin) to stop the rest of your cells from becoming infected. In addition to being a preinfection inhibitor, it appears that Brilacidin will kill the virus that is already loose in the bloodstream and stop infected cells from producing more virus. And we are looking forward to the human trial that proves Brilacidin works as well in the human body as it does in human cell Iines in the lab. Good stuff!
