You do realize that publishing "secretly recorded" conversations is illegal unless both parties have been notified of the recording.
Why is person recording illegally and publishing not in jail?
I don't give a rats azz what a retired federal judge has to say about anything - they are the most corrupt, biased, politcal appointees in all of govt. They make rulings based on their ability to remain at the power brokers table at the club.
