Remember I am just the messenger. I copied and pasted everyone's questions from here and a couple from the YMB. Here is Joe's response with the exception of I took the liberty of removing part of one sentence that would be inflammatory.

"I would say most of these questions interfere with the quiet period that is associated with the s1 process.

Without money can’t do new projects and that comes from S1’s being effective with out that does someone really want to ask about how you pay for something to further things, I would call that pretty stupid, so convertible notes would be the only thing that you can do to raise money, outside of s1’s being deemed effective.

If you had a licensed person a real licensed person the s1 is for 14 million in total, and the amount of shares you register is so you have enough if the stock hits like a penny, it doesn’t hit a penny or approx a penny you don’t use, stock hoes up from here you don’t use most of what your registering and they stay in treasury.

This is all I can really say now about most of these questions as it’s not private confidential info, this is in the s1 we filed you just need a licensed person to read it and tell you,........................

Website is a requirement for listing.

That’s about it so unless the s1 goes effective most of these will not be part of the call, stock to the agenda items and areas, that’s why I put out an agenda.

Of course I will update on other areas but mechanics will be tough to do.

You want to ask questions about Excellagen, real simple VA system is still shut down, what’s to ask that’s not already known as an example.

Best,"
