Also to clear up a posters false and misleading information.
Whether they did this on purpose or because they were just simply lazy to to look up critical information before post I cannot say.
The poster posts such manic fluctuationing posts that it's difficult to follow if they are on the buy or sell side that minute.
This is why it's so important to post links. If there aren't links attached to a post claiming numbers my suggestion is to not believe a word of it and if possible thumbs down it as to warns others that possibly false information is being spread.
This is the poster claim.
"Excited verb will get 90 percent from salesforce and MSFT..verb is doing awesome. Now that we are flush with cash and 1 5 million users verb is the best situation then it has ever been. Especially since we gross 85 percent on our tech. Looking forward to comments after market close August 14th."
The revenue share was never given for Salesforce or Microsoft.
What had been PR'd and discussed was
90% for us and 10% to ORACLE. In addition, ORACLE will pay a commission to us equal to 10% of the NetSuite Subscription fees from customers that we refer to ORACLE who become new NetSuite subscribers.

Pricing is yet to be finalized, but it is estimated that the integrated notifiCRM feature set will be offered at a minimum floor price of not less than $5,000 (or such higher price, depending upon the requested features and functionality) per enterprise user, per quarter, (the “notifiCRM Fee”) which is in addition to the price each such user pays for the Marketo Engagement Platform. The Agreement provides that the notifiCRM Fee will be shared between us and Marketo as follows: 80% to us and 20% to Marketo.

Some things slip through cracks.
I imagine that those two contracts with Oracle and now Adobe/ Marketo are no longer standing and either have been and will be updated. When we know, it will be posted.
