I don't think that Nader is trying to put pressure on the FDA. I think that he is doing whatever he can to generate revenue for Cytodyn. If he can get approval in UK then the first approval comes in, sales to UK start and first revenue.
I think that is likely that the FDA will not grant any sort of Covid approval until both the CD10 AND CD12 submissions are reviewed. IMO the CD12 S/C data is much more important than the CD10 M/M to the FDA.
I also believe that Trump has become a threat to big pharma thru his prescription drug executive orders. FDA staffers have strong ties to big pharma. Thus motivation to delay an approval until after the election. Trump's biggest problem is his poor handling of the Covid crisis.
Note, I am long Cytodyn but not expecting an EUA any time soon.
