I agree with you 99%!

But I differ on one point. SFOR is the SECOND OTC stock that I've been involved in where they had a great product and patents, but the revenues never materialized. All the money earned was siphoned off by the other companies (e.g. channel partners here) closely related to the main company (which was used as a shell to fool investors).

So, IMO there are only two possibilities here:

1) SFOR management is either totally inept and incompetent (as you suggest).

Or....

2) This is an elaborate scam that was planned from the very beginning (to siphon off money through the channel partners). Strategy: the company attracts investors with the excellent patents and products (which I also use) and then deceives them with many back-door deals and siphons off the money to keep for themselves.

I'm inclined to believe #2 (because this happened to me previously). However, I have no proof of anything one way or another.

Regardless, it doesn't look good for long-term SFOR investors, who are essentially bankrupt now due to the R/S.
