If we study NP for the last year (since I'm invested), we can see a clear pattern in his talk. OWS fell into category (b). There was no need to talk about it. It was a shorter length goal, and he didn't need to use this card, as he had other cards/catalysts to play.
Categories of how/if Nader presents road map.
a) If he is NOT sure about something or it is not solid, he keeps giving promises, and chats about it, to keep the spirits up. (and it always drags)
b) If he is sure about something(or when he becomes sure of something), and if he hasn't promised a timeline for it he will keep it as a surprise.
c) When he becomes sure of something and he was bragging about it for months, he will come and say, we will have it by a day (e.g. today, by Friday, etc.)
Below is from my post on Proactive Video on Aug 17th. We should note Smiley also confirmed such email on about 18th, if I'm not mistaken. So, they received it less than a week ago, somewhere since last Friday, to this Monday.
