The AR issue is an old one - we all know that is going to be issue down the roads in terms of collection.
I can see the insurance companies interest here - hey I don't care if he gets a contract with foreign sources as long as we can get some momentum.
This has been moribund for years.
Could be some fun soon - fingers crossed.
