Supply and demand is what controls the PPS, not news. While news can instill desire, you also need motivation to articulate the desire into action (ie buy the stock). GNBT has quite a few thing going against it:
Too many short term float share holders willing to take quick profits. News of future prospects even a month away means nothing to them.
Lack of investment capital. How much discretionary spending is still available for buying speculative companies.
Additional Covid-19 vaccine companies are not an attraction. While Ii-key peptides probably will be the best long term solution, until it gets into phase 3 and/or the leading vaccines fail in their trials, I think investors are done putting their money into the next “great hope for mankind”.
As long as the lower pps resistance level keeps steadily increasing and the higher pps resistance level keeps weakening, the pps will increase. As for the BIG pps pop, who knows what will trigger the GNBT outsiders desire to have to own GNBT shares no matter what the cost.
