I was getting ready to post that if we see high volume of shares bought, it COULD mean we are close to seeing something good happening. Then I saw 300+M shares bought at $.0003. MAYBE we are close to a deal. Someone COULD be buying before a deal is signed. Somebody thinks they know something. Ins Cos planning on signing with ONCI will know they are signing a deal before they tell Steve Berman.
