I am focused on client advocacy within the Oncology and Genomics business and directing improvements in product functionality and client adoption of SaaS offerings via management of scalable training programs, user feedback processes, NPS programs, and testing/QMS validation of our products. I collaborate with all teams in the software development life cycle to ensure we align on user needs and prioritize product updates that will increase customer satisfaction.
