New list and a few thoughts.

Good morning all,

The list of companies using PCT fluids has increased from the list I posted yesterday which I'll post at the end.

Q1 ended just a few weeks after the pandemic started. Of course Covid was making it's way though China and a few other countries prior but, was not considered a pandemic. Q1 had record revs compared to any Q prior. The company was growing even before Covid came to be. The pandemic hits and everything changed. Hospitals would not allow any non hospital worker inside which hindered some Annihilyzer installs. Travel restriction from the U.S into other countries of the world including the UK were put in place. The company changed course to selling fluids and increasing distributors. I believe 9 distributors came on board during Q2. So far 4 in Q3. This tells me growth has exploded. This is not including retailers and disinfection companies.

I see Q2 has setting another record for revs by a considerable amount. As each day passes these new distributors are developing their business models which will contribute to revs in royalties per gallon of fluids produced and monthly lease fees. I also see the retail sector using PCT fluids contributing to revs in a big way along with Annihilyzer leases and fluid production. This will only increase as time goes on reflected in Q3 and Q4. I see this moment in time as a speed bump. Their is nothing that I have seen in my and others DD to say the company won't continue to see growth. Some have stated when Covis has run it's course no ones going to be disinfecting anymore. I say hogwash to that. The world has changed disinfection is here to stay. Personally I see a bright future for PCT as they continue to grow.

Egold, excellent post and your efforts much appreciated.

No doubt the ostrich's will keep there heads buried in the sand and only pop up every now and again to deny the fact that this company is growing and adding revenues. Your factual post's bring clarity to the the board.

I still get a few phone calls a day asking why great revenues were not reflected in Q1 and the answer is pretty simple... not much was happening in Q1. Exponential growth started happening in Q2.

I fully expect a Very Healthy Q2. The 2nd Quarter is where fluid sales scaled up and distributors started coming on board. So, expect fluid sales, distributor fees, royalties to be reflected in Q2.
