That is an absolute poop load of samples in less than a year. Think of the time it would take to package a million samples. I imagine most of the samples sent were processed by each customer, but boxing up and mailing out a million packages is just mind boggling. Think of just the shipping cost a million times over. Or the cost of the packaging. Also thinking about how many samples would not have been sent if it weren’t as easy as clicking a button and it’s done. Maybe a tenth?
Now, if there was a substantial increase in samples sent out due to Verb’s tech, and if there is a definitive correlation between a sample being sent and a higher chance that sample leads to a sale, think of the amount of additional revenue these direct sales companies hauled in directly due to Verb’s technology and the direct sales company’s foresight to purchase and employ that technology. It’s a numbers game just like all sales in general. Talk to 10 people about a product and get one sale. Talk to 100 and get 10. And so on. Send 10 samples out and get one sale. Send a million....
Anyone think this sampling technology can be employed to other verticals besides direct sales? How about pharmaceuticals? How about food? How about any product reasonably priced that can be mailed to a customer to demo a product.
And to think this is just add on revenue....
