I have already been in communications with CytoDyn

They need tissue slides. I was supposed to have a third biopsy to try to settle the tissue type and get the materials for CYDY, but I then aggravated an old spinal injury making travel impossible... I'm rehabing it myself at home. Expect to be on my way in a few more days.
In the therapy I discussed, my thought is "why remove the tumor to blast it with x-rays.... why not treat with Lero until the CD4/CD8 levels indicate recovery from exhaustion and then do a focal treatment with the full array of immune switches.
I don't think the tissue type should matter. We should assume that if the immune system were not exhausted the tumor would not have progressed in the first place.
