Re: ssb #51019
RLF100 seems like it is a good drug for Covid, but the company seems suspicious.

Relief made a deal with Javitt in March and started trials in Israel in April, but we never heard anything of those Israel trials. They started compassionate use in Florida in May, but there was no word on how that went. Then they started the Phase 2/3 in a few US locations. Why didn't they do trials in Europe since its a European company?

They have gazzillions of outstanding warrants and options.

They have almost no money.

Also, the sp never holds its value when it goes from US markets to Swiss. I think some parties in Switzerland are selling off a lot of shares, profiting off the exuberance of young American traders. Could be the Investment Fund which holds most of their shares. The pre-print was linked on social media yesterday, jacking up the sp and then in the middle of our night (their morning,) they stopped the trading and announced that the preprint was not authorized to be released. So who released it?

Also, is VIP patentable? It's a naturally occurring peptide and possibly the patent will be challenged. What stops someone else from making a version by a different method? I am not a doctor or a lawyer, but the Supreme Court’s decision in Association for Molecular Pathology v. Myriad Genetics, 569 U.S. 12 (2013) seems to indicate that one couldn't hold a patent for it or that it could be challenged.
