If there is one thing Democrats are incapable of doing, it is accepting the outcome of an election they lose. Thus, the seeds of a fictitious conspiracy to defraud the American voter had to be planted before November 3. Should Joe Biden lose the election, then, the nefarious plot to steal it from him would already be established – and so the fantastical and nonsensical United States Postal Service (USPS) scheme was born.

As part of his ongoing fight against mail-in ballot fraud, President Trump recently refused to provide additional funding to the USPS that would be used to enhance the controversial voting program. The postal agency has been plagued with inefficiency and incompetence for years. Between 2007 and 2008, it reported net losses of $69 billion. While it is true that the USPS is supposed to provide a service, rather than operate as a profitable business, it should not be racking up huge financial deficits. President Trump’s immediate predecessor attempted to overhaul the agency and, if anything, made matters worse.
