66.666M shares for $4M
And....
28.2M shares for a whopping $28K
I don’t understand this deal. Doesn’t mean it is not good. Maybe they are cleaning up issues with the disasterous Veneto deal. I don’t want to comment more for personal reasons. Please be sure to ask about this on the conf call.
Also it may just be if our stock keeps dropping, they get more warrants and this is just showing worse case. Again don’t know.
