I have to go to a meeting, so I’m not going to put my numbers down here yet, as I’m having trouble digesting it quickly. Hopefully someone will be able to do some number crunching to prove my initial thoughts wrong, as it seems like an incredibly dilutive deal for not a lot of capital...
