I'm not the one saying Antibody Serology Tests have no value.
Where do you get that from?
To answer your last sentence, Quote:
If you are looking for rapid test results that determine if a person has developed antibodies, then antibody immunity must have some basis in fact.

The following is my personal opinion based on my research, not to be confused or conflated with QMC materials.
The purpose of the Antibody Serology Tests is to give a negative (green) result which means you either do not have Covid-19 or you are at an early non-infectious 0 to 3 days prior to being infectious. That's the window that the test is good within. That's where the value is and more repeat tests could mean more profits to QMC somehow, so that's good.
That's what the test does and that's all that's needed for a stadium or airplane boarding, a 3 day window.
Having Antibodies does not mean you are immune, just that you have had Covid 19 sometime in the past. New research shows there are different types of Antibodies, some work better than others attacking spike proteins on the virus. So
there is much yet to be learned about Antibodies, especially for devising a vaccine sometime in the future.
Finally, getting a straight virus test to diagnose whether you have Covid-19 doesn't mean you are immune either, just that you do not have measurable virus on the testing day. You can get the virus the next day. You then only have a 3 day window before you can possibly show antibodies, too.
