I’m not an expert on the science so, I try to seek out individuals who have the knowledge and are willing to share with someone like me who is genuinely interested and wants to learn. What I’ve been told is the M2M population is extremely challenging... the NEWS2 results were very impressive... the clinical and statistical significance of the top line should be enough to get an EUA during this pandemic... with that said, there’s a stacked deck full of conflicts of interest at the FDA... Does this group, the CDC and NIH feel there’s an unmet need? It’s a tough call.
