Most of the time Yahoo message boards is a waste of time, but sometimes you get these little nuggets:
"nobody should be forgetting the fact that grape jelly man sold his personal companies shares, kept his 12million cydy shares, and is stepping down from the board of directors so that cydy can qualify for uplisting according to rule 5605(
stating that the company must have a majority independent directors on its board to qualify for uplisting, and grape jelly owns too many shares to qualify as Independent (David welch)".
