No Reverse Split Confirmed - August 18, 2020.
"On August 18, 2020, FINRA informed the Company that on or about February 3, 2020, a Deficiency Notice relating to the company’s proposed reverse stock split had been issued. The Company had no record that the notice had been received; therefore, FINRA forwarded the Deficiency Notice again, to the Company. The deficiency determination was based on (FINRA) knowledge that one of the Company’s note holders is currently subject to an SEC investigation deeming the Company-Related corporation action for the proposed reverse stock split was terminated. The SEC investigation of the note holder has nothing to do with the Company. "
