I went all in on this company and I have found it

I went all in on this company and I have found it hard to face my family and the reality it has created for me. I thought retirement was in my future after brain surgery, sadly it is not. If there is a way to salvage anything from this company and it’s future and getting new blood into the driver’s seat is an option please retire Mr Kay or sell and be done with it.
