Very true. Approval SOMEWHERE would move the needle up. Promises, infomercials, anecdotes have done what they can. The market is demanding Something objective and concrete.
It is interesting how the SP seems to be spring loaded to the $3 position. Just high enough for NASDAQ, but cheap to buy(out).
