Obviously, Mark Kay takes no responsibility for our considerable losses - which, in many cases, are directly the result of his dissembling. What's the point in having a dialogue with him? He lies and has no empathy and that, right there are the qualities of a sociopath.
His career for the most part was at Morgan, an ethical and moral cesspool. You don't get into the "C-suite" there unless you know how to put knives in backs.
We aren't getting our money back, period. Zpaul, since he only responds to you, why not ask him what management did to deserve 10M share bonuses. Or what happened to the money from the patent litigation loan. Or how does he justify taking a salary almost equal to half the company's revenues.
Or, never mind, he won't answer or he'll deflect. We haven't gotten a straight answer out of him in years, if ever.
