Ropes and Gray believed in our patents and felt they could win with them. The amount we recieved from Microsoft was $9,750,000 with caveats. Remember the $9+million was a deal done at a time we had no money, so it was considered a good thing and Blank Rome were our patent lawyers then. The NDA was done via them for a period of time that we passed.
