One of the hottest industries in the booming Tech sector, is Telehealth and Telemedicine services.

Most of us have been excited with our $VERB’s “dabbling” in the medical field, over the last few years.
Initially, with nFusz, it was notifiMED, which in turn became $VERB’s taggMED…..and now the application known as, verbMED.
….but where, ohhh where, has verbMED gone?
I haven’t seen it lately.
Come to think of it, I haven’t seen hide nor hair of it, in a long time.
It’s like it vanished into thin air, no where to be found!
With all the excitement surrounding the extreme need, and clamoring. for virtual medical solutions, brought about by the Covid debacle, it would seem that the ever growing massive marketplace is ripe for the pickin’...and we need to be in it and win it over, with our superlative industry offering.
Well, my thought is that this potential golden goose, has been evolving behind the scenes, quietly growing, being improved, and meticulously worked on….to become what almost every medical provider will use eventually, and need immediately.

Okay. As far as your potential acquisition goes, could you -- is this technology you're buying, are you buying customers?

This is an operating business that has revenue and customers in a particular sector that we are very keen on. And that we are very much looking forward to launching a combined product into that sector in the near term.
So this is something that, believe it or not, through this crazy pandemic, the capital raise, traveling to Asia for the one right before that, we've been working on doing due diligence and negotiating the deal .

While I previously thought we might have relegated verbMED to a back burner while the new platform was developed and LIVE was finalized….I don’t believe so, any more.
It’s entirely possible, imo probable, that this endeavor has been on the table, front and center in the priority line-up for some time ….and sits at the stage of a potential contract being signed, and the acquisition completed.
IMO, Rory and team $VERB have been tirelessly, and quietly, finishing the software, looking for an acquisition target, and working on an M&A deal in the Healthcare sector….without the fanfare, disturbances, distractions and curve-balls associated with early premature announcements, and wild unsubstantiated expectations.
In this case, less is much more, and as Shallow and others have spoken to...a medical acquisition and collaboration target, such as OnDoc, makes perfect sense.
Don’t divulge it too early, get it done completely.....and we just might have made the sweetest accretive business move, that no one outside of our inner circle had an inkling of.
The rest of us “Verbers” will have the answers…..soon.
….and so will the deep pockets and institutions, keeping a close eye on us now!!
