I was sent a video that had a woman doctor/lawyer

Her point was that doctors prescribing drugs off label was as common as they taking one's temperature or blood work. It is nothing new and not unusual at all.
So if Brilacidin is shown to work for one application (say IV for CV19) and gets FDA approval and in doing so shows that it is extremely effective in reducing inflammatory issues in both the lungs and the head, what is to stop all doctors utilizing B OFF LABEL for COPD/Athsma/Encephalitic issues/ or other such indications? What partner would that OFF LABEL prescription have to go thru? If CV19 is the only FDA approved use, would the CV19 partner (if there is one) get all the revenue for the OFF LABEL uses until such time an FDA approval comes about for those other indications?
Not sure how things work in medicine so I am thinking out loud above. It does make me believe it would be in Leo's/IPIX's best interests to have a partner for the entire B platform. There has to be one BP smart enough to realize that if they play anywhere fair w/ IPIX they could become the partner for a massively successful drug. That is why I believe the B platform, should it ever come up for partnering, would bring in massive monies.
