His claims are definitive statements i.e. Read his emails with fine comb carefully. I know how SEC & FINRA will read these emails.
1. He is claiming to have a good quarter on Jan 13, 2017. You can only have a good quarter when SFOR receives revenues, correct?
2. He also claimed that Mcafee deal started in Jan 2017.
3. He also claimed that Mcafee is utilizing 3000 of their Sales rep.
4. He also told ( Not in this email ) that they are selling approx 900k licenses to a shareholder in the shareholder meeting in 2017.
I am quoting him from Jan 2017 because that's where it all started and continued till 2019/2020 and there are several such claims from Feb 2017- Dec 2019 ( Including claims in last years S/H meeting )
This is nothing but a willful misrepresentation of facts to investor/s- This is just one of many.
4+ years since this Mcafee deal was touted & circulated and claimed to have begun in Jan 2017, we now have a COVID19 excuse for it when he was expecting a GREAT QUARTER in 2017.
He also claimed in another email to maronti1 that SFOR is working with
1. Intel
2. IoT
3. Visa/Mastercard
4. The list goes on...
I am still here like many others waiting for revenues to show up from all the VERY VERY LARGE DEALS.
