Discovering that, of the 3 original products, only one isn't available open source is a big red flag. The continuous delay in reporting revenues is a big red flag. Losing at Appeals Court was a big red flag. The absence of any money spent on marketing is a big red flag.

In any asymmetrical relationship there are choices. We have chosen to be like the victims of domestic abuse who keep returning to their partners, and have continued to get more of the same treatment. Whose fault is it that we couldn't deal with the obvious?
