I have been perplexed by this as well...I tend to believe it is more likely large share holders mitigating risk at a price level that they are up 10x rather than some larger conspiracy, 95 million warrants exercised this year is great for the company and I'm glad they have been exercised but the people who own those warrant got them in addition to incredibly cheap shares 8+ months ago. Additionally, we pay most of our contracts in shares, these entities need to pay up for expenses as well and eventually sell when the perceived time is right. Tons of excess shares originally bought very cheap and not enough buyers at current price levels create a depressed share price. Of course we are being traded daily. We need EUA so a much larger audience becomes aware of Cytodyn. I personally have not sold shares only increased my count so far in 2020.
