I purposely tried not to make it an attack about the SEC form 10 letters on the conf call. Didn’t want his largest call attendance to get the wrong impression. However what has been done since then? We raised junk money? We got notification from the FDA that they will respond in writing on 8/24, which is what was expected anyway. We see 2 other companies get SEC EFFECT to IPO in a fraction of the time we have been in and are still in. I’m sure Joe is reading all my comments here, or our resident mole here, is telling him all about them.
And yes, I am ticked off at him. I missed out on close to 5K NGIO shares I should have received. Also his last text message borage to me was unacceptable. He needs to learn how to be a CEO and work with shareholders. I’m sure there’s a CEO for Dummy’s book out there. Maybe even a Cliff Notes version of the book!
