Welcome Acorn. I suspect they haven't staffed up the call center but should soon when they announce they are selling tests directly. We haven't heard that test sites are active. This is really pre-announcement time. However, they are calling this beta testing time so they would want to know any problems or help you register. I am going to save other board members time by telling you for them that QMC also sometimes doesn't answer emails or inquiries, and are a year behind on their 10k and 10qs. My belief about this is they are laser focused on producing revenue rather than any other activities.
