I am sorry, but it's not a mystery. It is an intentional move on his part to write such emails, give interviews, tweet, and use other modes of communication and giving definitive dates and time frames to defraud the investor/s for several years.
Mcafee, Gallagher, 2 Govt Agencies, DSS , direct involvement with one financial client and several others.... and the list goes on
